Default Flats Boat Console

I know it's not a SeaCraft but everyone likes Boat Porn

I have been working on redoing the console/rewire of my 18' Flats Skiff. Here are some shots of the before - prep -finish of the console.

Before shots:

Prep and paint

Finshed shots

Looks great Capt Chuck, interested in doing the teak on the Seavette?

Capt- you the man with that Gucci wood all the time. Nice touch with the new wheel and rod holders as well.

Beautiful work there, Dr. Gucci! Now if Finster would stop "cuddling" in the cabin of his Seavette with the green Gucci tarp and that ratty old Sears catalog, maybe the tarp could be passed back to you. On second thought, maybe you don't want the tarp.

Great look!
Is that a Schmitt wheel, and did it fit your steering shaft, or did you have to get an adapter fitting to fit a Teleflex mechanical system? If so, what and where, please.
