Default Popped my new to me liferaft open

I came across an opportunity to buy a Life raft that was new but out of inspection. Local to me, Life Raft and Survival Equipment of Portsmouth RI, www.lrse.com offers a service to view your life raft before they perform the service/inspection. I was able to do this the other day and took some pictures I highly recommend this if you have the chance.

BTW these guys are great very accommodating and they have a very clean shop:

I was amazed at the size of the raft being only a 6 person i am not saying its like a suite on the QE2 but not totally cramped.

Ugh Oh, Now those Classic Mako guys are gonna see this and
say, I told you those things are called "Sink Crafts".
One thing is for sure you won't need it for the Whaler!
Nice find Jason, No matter what boat you own, Survival gear
is a must!

Ken-

It is for the Whaler as it may not sink she will burn to the waterline from a fire.

Nice find. Lets hope thats the only time we ever see you in it. It says six person above the door. I was wondering if it would hold six Capt Chucks?

Very nice Jason.

I will be looking into something similar. Not cheap but if you use it once it has paid for itself many times over.
