Default SeaCraft Fest RSVP

please help us out as we are now close, we have a list of folks that indicated they were coming but things change. Since we are now buying food for the main dish we need a ballpark count. This will include anyone you know is coming but may not be active on here enough, or friends that are coming with you, also include maybe's. email or post here.

To bring the thread back inline online...
Here's my plan.

1. Fr. Frank, bringing wife and two kids, daughter 14, son 13.
2. Bringing 6'x2' plastic table and baked beans for 12.
3. Staying at Ramada Fri & Sat night.
4. Fishing Friday evening?.
5. Theoretically docking the boat overnight Friday night at Ramada.
6. Eating breakfast free!
7. Fishing Saturday morning at Anclote!
8. Eating lunch.
9. Celebrating the Holy Eucharist Saturday afternoon before dinner.
10. Fishing Saturday afternoon at Anclote!
11. Eating dinner with all y'all Saturday evening.
12. Hauling the boat out Saturday evening.
13. Done Fishing.
14. Go to church Sunday morning in Tampa.
15. Go home with memories.

Does that cover it?

Camping Friday and Saturday
Bringing wife Gail and Swabbie Jason (has boat)
Bringing two large bags of charcol and lighter for Sat.
" name tags and a sharpie
" four large bags of chips for Sat.
" small gas grill if needed for sat.
Tagging along son, girlfriend, friend and girl from someplace? They may not be in from fishing for Sat. feed.
