There are not enough words to express the whole event.
I was truly honored to have you ride on my boat as well.
Next year maybe we could get a house boat for you to stay in
at the Island.......Now that would be cool!
Thank-you for the memories
Ken

Jeanne & Carl it was a great pleasure having you both on my boat and sharing some of your stories. Lee and I really look forward to viewing all of the albums in the future as you are not to far away from us in Gainesville. Carla & Skip the same goes for you both, it was a pleasure and I hope that we keep in touch in the future. Danny J

This was "The Greatest Weeekend".
Words cannot express the gratitude to all those who helped to make this happen, and the enjoyment of the new friends found.

Many pictures were taken, and here's a few on Google's Picasa website. Just follow the link.

I have checked out the pictures (more to come, I'm sure!) and all of the "10th" inning summaries.

It is obvious a great time was had by all. I'm envious-even "GREEN" around the gills reading all of it. Congratulations to ALL of you!!!!!!

My only comment looking at all those BEAUTIFUL boats anchored together is, "Martha, The 'SEACRAFT' tide is in.

Bert, "It's a good thing!!!!!

Jean and Carl, I've admired your work for almost 40 years ever since I first learned about SeaCraft, so it was truly a pleasure and a privilege to meet you, see your scrapbooks, and hear all the stories about the early days in the boat building and racing business! It's really amazing that no other boat builder since then has been able to accomplish what you did in just a few short years. All of us owe Egg Dog and No Bones a big debt of gratitude for all the work they did pulling that great weekend together! Hopefully they've started something that will become a great tradition! Denny B.

Boy what a week, as foggy as I was I walked into all kinds of activity right off the bat. Maybe the SeaCraft karma but I have been so busy with new stuff its unbelieveable. Great weekend and can't wait to do something again as everyone was really really nice, just too many to name because it was everybody. The Moesly's are just delightful people and I'm honored to have met Carl as he's a true legend in the marine business. Thanks to Ken for so much help the tabs made it work, and Skip jeezzz he was just everywhere helping do everything. What a turn out, plus I think we will see more new members as some were just word of mouth locals. I still can't get over how well everything worked considering the adventurous nature with that many people on an island.
If we plan far enough in advance (6 mo) Ft Desoto could be a nice option as we don't have to load the boats and have elec, water and bathrooms, maybe fall/winter. East coast guys try to figure someplace around stuart as I would like to go eastside as well but have access to bluewater, maybe even Peanut Island in WPB but I don't know much about it.

For the east coast you could try around Sebastian Inlet. There is longpoint park. Waterfront campsites, pavillion etc. Easy access to fish ocean or intracoastal. Nice place with good fishing.
Just a thought.

Skiblet-Thanks for the input! No Bones and I have discussed that location. It sounds like a great spot to be more of a central east location, giving everyone reasonable drive times and the kind of setting we are looking for. Any additional info on the area/park? By the way, if you have a moment, folks would love a new post from you on a report of your first year of using your 200 ETECS on your 23 in the performance area of the site.
