Came across a 21 cc seacraft 1967?

OK I'm going tomorrow to check it out...I think it will be around 1200 0r a 1000....what do you guys think?

Take a few pictures, see if there's a title, hull i.d number, Fl numbers, does the name on the title match the person offering it for sale.

Note; if it has FL #'s then it has a title issued to a person and that person is the only one who can sell it.
