Default finally got one 20ft SF

hello all. My first post in this forum, but won't be the last. I picked up my first Seacraft two weeks ago. I have been on this sight ever since. She is a 1972 20 SF w/1997 Merc 150.According to another member on this sight it has definitely been modified. I am on the gulf coast so winter is still 4 months away, I am going to play until then and then get started fixing her up. If no pics come on this post I'll follow up with some. Some of you have probably already seen it from the other forums.

Thanks. No I haven't taken the "ride", I've been working on getting the engine right. t-stats.poppet, impeller, new fuel lines, etc.,etc. I was in the starting blocks Sunday and thunderstorms rolled in. I am hoping to go Friday. I've gone from a 17 Aquasport to an 18 Welcraft to this, so I am pretty pumped.

Heck ya! I came form a 13 whaler, to a 17 seafox....to a 20' seacraft. I thought it was just alot of talk before............but I was blown away my first ride. But, you'll see for yourself...don't wanna spoil it for ya'!

And, you should love the merc.150 power, but when you get a speed reading lemme' know. I have a 2004 merc. 150 2-stoke carberated on mine.

Welcome, now that you have a SeaCraft you should remind all your compatriots you should be referred to by Admiral

Thanks, I let them know. I told them for now vice-admiral was o.k., but that was only until I get her put back together and looking good. When that happens it will definetly be Admiral.
