HI BIGSHRIMPIN,

Still lookin for a mirage plus or powertech. just got beatout on a mirage on weeway......

As you know Ive got a 96 oceanpro 150 on my 89 20 sf w the michigan wheel I`m averaging 39 mph in a 2 way run w gps ,and after more carb tuning am hitting 55-5600 whoopie..The more I run it the better she runs. 50gals fuel and indeck livewell full w 500 #`s of human life forms aboard.

Better get a pilot`s license for a 225....

Isn`t weight an issue? think mine weighs about 365 #s

It's not that big of a deal. I had a 20ft sceptre with a brand new 200 Yamaha. It ran 54-55 MPH and got about 3 to 3.5 MPG at cruise which was around 40-45 MPH. The boat was not squarely at all. So what's another 25 HP?

Thanks Jason . . . I'll have to take a look. My neighbors hate me . . . I wonder why?? found a set of 225 carbs too . . . It's down one piston, but there's no damage to the cylinder wall.
