Default Grouper time... trash time

Flip and I did some trolling and jigging on Thursday!

What's the "Trash" time? I'm lost here. Are you taking stuff out to build your own grouper hotel/artificial reef or did you gather it up outside and doing your share to help clean up the environment. I can't tell by the pics what it is
