Have you considered getting rid of the half boxes in the stern? I know that is a future project on my 20cc.

Maybe a few more beers , and you wake up the next morning , and they are gone

What do you mean by git rid of? I have considered raiseing them up the the height of the transom/gunnels. Was looking at the logistics of doing that but havent really gotten that far yet!
