Default coating for bronze to prevent cronic greening?

I have had all 3 in deck livewell thru hulls out of the transom for 2 weeks now. 2 @ 1 3/8" and 1 @ 2 3/8. Strange sizes. The holes are now dry. Wanted chrome, but couldn`t find them.

Is there a coating to help w/ greening?

I`m on a budget. Really, I am.

ps.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

You might think about powder coating. There are lots of colors, even chrome.

http://www.gemlux.com/catalog.aspx?p...LLS&numPerPg=0

just get stainless and they will stay the same color. I have had them in both my Yellowfins and they have been great.
