Very nice guys. They put out a nice product. If they have something on the "Specials" page that will work for you it will save you a bunch.Anything custom gets expensive.

Peter I just posted pics of my new door. A local guy did it here for 220.00. If yours is like mine send it to me and we'll build another.

PS; my son had Buck do a door and a switch panel for his Dorado and the door was OK but we threw the switch panel in the trash.

Thanks Peter.I sold the Jenna Mae to a fellow in Manteo NC a few months ago.He has donated her to the North Carolina Waterfront Museum for the Warren O'Neal exhibit. Buddy Cannady(another carolina builder) is building me another one, should be ready for the fall season.
I don't know how Buck could of screwwed up a switch panel,I have never had a problem with his work.Again,he can be pricey, but I suspect that's because we are here on the rock.
Good luck with your search!

Wavelength,

I love the look of your door. Here is my deal. As you can see in the below pictures I have nothing in the space right now.

I measures it and it is about 30.5" x 23.5". If there was a frame in place, than I think that you type of door would fit like a glove.

I am open to anything that your guy is willing to do.

Thanks for reaching out.

Peter

Peter,
I installed a door in 2006 from a supplier I got from this site.
I emailed him the dimensions and it showed up in the mail in a week. I remember the price was reasonable and It fit great and is holding up nice. The flange was thick enough to screw it in from the back and no screws showing is working for me.
