Bigshrimpin really is trying to move every SeaCraft out of California I found it in the main ebay section, not ebay motors. Somebody on here needs to buy it and complete his work. Can't get it cheaper than that.........

Someone come and get it!!!

This was my project boat 4 years ago. . . ran out of steam (when I bought a working MA and then a seafari . . . and now another MINT seafari for my brother). It's structurally sound . . . transom was redone in epoxy and marine ply . . . stringers were extended to copy the originals and raise 1.5" with 3" wide marine ply strips.

The bad part is that there are about 90 screw holes that need to be fixed along the waterline from removing the old teak spray rails that had dried out. 1/2 of the cap needs to be recored too.

I've seen at least one that didn't end up in strick's yard. But the one I bought 2 weeks ago looks just like it.

Big - did you buy another Seafari?! Looks like a later model with the raised windshield and maybe an I/O?!

Yes I did . . . But it's going to my older Brother and his family. Looks just like the one in the photo, but the windshield is different (older style). It 1972 . . . the year he was born The boat never had bottom paint and the gelcoat shines . . . same green Rule Bilge pump. The seafari has a Volvo 270 drive and AQ130C Motor (Volvo B20 block).

Way to go, Big! We should nominate you and Nick for the "Save the Seafari's" Club! Sounds like a great find! Did it also have a galley seat? (Interested to see if it supports my theory that they were standard on the I/O's!) I hear those Volvo drives are pretty bulletproof.
