Hi and Welcome!
What area of the States are you? There's been a few project boats posted since i joined In the past month. Look for those threads.
I picked up a 20 SF Potter, less Motor and 2 Trailers, some work is needed. I am hanging the motor and plan to fish her this fall and raise the transom and new floor this winter.
I have 2 small soft spots on floor one is size of a coffee cup, other size of a 1 lb coffee can. Not sure if whole floor is needed.
But I bet I end up doing the whole transom and floor.

Good luck and Happy Hunting!!!
