Default I am wondering if anyone knows this boat

It is on the Norfolk craigslist. He says the trailer is in ok shape and the paint is faded and the color underneath is bleeding through. Just hoping someone has some input.

I am new at this but am very interested in a classic Seacraft so I appreciate any help.

Alan

Alan, Welcome to CSC
The Master Angler is a great boat..
Price IMO is a little high..
MA has more freeboard then the SF(Super Fish)
Make a ridiculous offer you might be surprised...

Good Luck, Ken

Alan-Welcome. I agree about price. Great looking ride. Definately classic.

I agree its higher than I paid for mine in a better boat market - close but my trailer was very good. Motor is the same year, not sure what he means with the color showing thru, maybe its been painted??

I paid less for mine with no T-Top a couple of years ago with with bad paint and a few other issues. I thought I paid too much but I'd already passed on two others and had to have a MA. The biggest difference is higher freeboard and wider gunnels. Check the boat out and beat the owner up over the defects.

I appreciate the welcome. The owner thinks the boat was repainted. He says that a blue color is showing through the yellow. I am still waiting on more pictures - the weather I guess has been cold up there since I am in Atlanta. I also felt the price was a little high. If I decide to have it checked out can anyone recommend someone to check it out - a surveyor I guess.
