Default July 4th Pics

Finally splashed the Red Seafari for the first time this summer. It feels great to have her in the water again. Can't wait to get the decks bloodly next week when commercial bass opens!!!!!

Great pictures.. I bet its a real pain swiming the cooler and rods out to the boat...arn't suppose to use a dingy?

Oh Yeh! It has been cold as _____ here since May, we're having 60-65 degrees high days with rain and its July! If he was swimming in that water, he wasn't showing anything off, regardless!

Some nice views of the harbor though. He's down on Buzzards Bay which has a notorious affinity for being REAL choppy, The bay runs sw to Ne with the Cape Cod canal on the northeast end. The prevailing wind is from the SW and the canal gets a 3-4.5 knot ebb current. Makes life REAL interesting and WET! That is if you don't have a Seacraft up and going. If you're up and going, then you're gone before the spray gets blown back on you where you were. It is a really cool experience when the other boat owners look you up to see what your running after seeing you haulin, beating the spray and they were sucking salt- so to speak! The wise ones already know.

Scuppers are holding up great!! No leaks at all with the PVC. And "yes" I was showing off my new cubical physique.
