Default what's it worth?

I've got a 69 potter hull 20'. It was restored by my dad who never took it anywhere except running it in the driveway with the hose on it. New transom, gel coat in and out, new wiring, new trailer in 06', no electronics or t-top. I live in Miami Beach and the city is giving me a hard time about keeping it in the driveway. Any thought's on what it's worth? I checked some other sites but couldn't find anything really comparable. I couldn't figure out how to post photos but if you want to see some I can email them to you. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks.

Just go to the for sale section of the forum and review all the ads for 20 footers and I am sure you will get a real good idea of what things are selling for.

Also check out craigslist Miami... there are a ton of Seacrafts for sale in your area.

It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Many, many variables, depends on who did the work and how it was done, somethings you won't know unless you know who did the work and what materials they used.

If you don't get any real bites, put it on this site...it's $25.00, but most people that buy a Seacraft coming looking here 1st.
