Default I GOT IT HOME (PICS)

well i finally made it home with no trailer lights or a tag on it. i had my friend follow to me to keep the police away. so again the boat is a 1987 23 CC. i know its not a classic but i still have my 73 20 SF so im still legit. im starting to realize the sickness of these SC's. i know it doesnt look like much now but it has alot of potential in my eyes. i have to give a huge thanks to my fiance to supported me getting this boat.

motor needs some work. im hoping that ill get some info here from our local merc guru. its a 98 250 efi. trailer is in good shape. springs and axles in good shape. needs tires and bunks and new lights. gotta see if brakes are required in florida or not. plans are to redo floor, rewire everything, paint outside, fix trailer, fix motor then use and use and use. i think transom is ok. the previous owner took the brass tubes out of the drains. i put my finger in there and it feels dry. all in all im happy.

yes that WAS the one in hialeah. now it lives in kendall. first order of business is the trailer. it needs new bunks and needs to be set up properly because the boat will be sitting on it for a while while i work on it. can anyone with a 23 and a bunk trailer post some pics for me? i want to see the best way to set up a trailer for this particular boat. thanks so much

nah i dunno ...i was asking if it was a snowbirds....those reg. numbers are tied to the title and the hin...the reg. numbers on the side could be researched somehow through nj Motor Vehicle Commision but I doubt they will tell you anything...a state cop up here could run it for ya.....i know two state troopers, there both in NH skiing and boozing for a few weeks...
