Default Anyone local have boat stands?

I went to the ramp at the skiing lake to replace the bunk supports and found a few issues. The crossmembers under the bunks are missing their topsides. You can`t see it unless you are trying, so check yours to avoid disaster. 3"x3" square holes hidden by the bunks.

Does anyone local have a couple of boat stands I could use for a couple of weeks. Should only be one weekend, but we all know how this goes. If you can see one carpenter ant, you have many more.

Willing to trade for a fishing trip or two.

I`ll take pics if there is any interest.

Cheers,
Sandy

You can build some like this for about $20 each!
Very stable and much safer than cinder blocks!

Nice! I might be able to pull that off. Not sure if $20 will cut it though.

I've built one stand so far; took 7 2x4's to build one a little over 30" tall. Top boards are 8", bottom boards are 26". 2x4's are less than $3 ea. @ Lowes's!

Thx All!
This place is the best!
No wanker trolls like THT!

Oly will do!
Gives me a chance to hit Sailorman to dig thru their box of GPS chips for the Furuno 1650 I got from Island Trader. Thx Terry! Factories want stupid money for 10 yr old chips. The Navionics chips go from St Johns to Boca or Delray to The Keys. What about us in Sailfish Alley?

Thx Ben,
Can`t believe you haven`t sold your boat for that steal of a price.

Bushwacker,
You have a beautiful mind. Perhaps you could turn them into Bee hives in the off season for fresh Honey. Mmmm Honey.

D.F.A.
Thanks for the kind offer. How do you like the Privateer?
Always thought they looked like great work boats.

HermCo,
Thx. Looks like I`ll be in Stuart soon, so we`ll stop by for some peanut butter sammies. Always wanted to see the museum!

Evan,
I buy my trailer parts from the Expediter, so I`ll ask next Fri.. Much cheaper than the Hub.

45 minnows for this post.....I gotta learn how to type.

Cheers,
GFS
