Replacing T-Top Canvas - DIY Job?
One of the seams on the canvas on my T-Top is coming apart. How hard is it to remove and reinstall? Is it a DIY project or should I leave to the professionals?

But if it's just a seam coming apart, and the fabric itself is intact, for a lot less money you can have all the seams re-sewn. You can actually buy the heavy-duty sewing needles for most sewing machines to sew canvas or similar heavy material. Just use waxed thread. However, if it's actually the fabric tearing at the seam, replace it.

Re: Replacing T-Top Canvas - DIY Job?
Fr Frank thank you for your detailed input. The canvas is okay looks like just the thread on that seam is broke.
I think I may call the maker and see what kind of warranty they offer, it's about 5 years old so I may be out luck on that... If so I am going to try what you suggested and sew it myself.
