Default Primer/ Paint / Bottom Paint for Armstrong Bracket

I am refinishing my bracket. I have used a wire brush and removed all the corrosion. What primer, finish paint, and bottom paint (non-copper) would you use?

chemical etch prime first, followed by epoxy barrier coat-interprotect 2000e...for the above the waterline area-i like awlgrip...antifouling area,i use and recomend trilux

don't skip the chemical etch prime before applying the barrier coat...primer,i really like duratec surfacer...
