1975 20fs Value?

I am looking at a 1975 20fs and am curious if anyone has a round about idea what it would be worth in the state it is. Everything is completly stripped off the boat. All of the glass is in good shape and the transom is in good condition. So basically its just a shell, there is no console/equipment/hardware etc. Thank you for any insight on this post.
