Tuff Luck for sure.

I can read between the lines:

1. You get the Citation from PD whether or not your at fault because you were in the rear.
2. You have damage to your vehicle that you must go thru the steps with your insurance company for repairs including payment of a deductable. Then they will drop you or raise your rates in the future.
3. The other driver has No Damage
4. The other driver claims injury for whiplash with workmans comp
5. The other driver gets off work at the expense of the taxpayer
6. The other driver sues for personnal injury
7. The other driver gets a few grand
8. YOU GET SHIT!!!

Well the twist to this story is that the guy turned out to be really kool about everything. He said he was having some neck pains but when the officer got there and asked if there were any injuries we both said no. Also the office asked IF Mr. Camaro wanted a report because the damage to his car was so little it wasent neccessary but would write it of he wanted it. Well the dude said no it wasent neccessary since we already exchanged insurnace info. All in all I got lucky this morning even though it was my fault and my truck got the most damage.

Damn! That´s bad luck, in the old days the truck would be fine and the car would have the damage!
