blue you can go on navionics web site and find out if it fits acording to your machine info. i know mine has to be a smaller version card.

This is a CF card, some units take SD, mSD and would not be compatible. You will need a Gold or Platinum compatible plotter that uses CF. This would mean pre-2012 Raymarine plotters and Northstar 6000 and 6100 etc.

i have a lowrance hds-8 i know it uses navionics for mapping.

Your HDS will run any current Navionics card on an MSD or older SD. All current Navionics cards are shipped as an MSD in an SD adapter. You can run any Gold, Premium, or Platinum+ card of any size.
