Default change vertical drain holes on my 23ft sf ?

Hey guys:

I have a 23ft SF Center Console, it has a self bailing vertical through holes in the back of the boat. Not sure if I should leave it, or change the style? Any suggestions on a better set up?

Any input or pictures would help!

Appreciate it.

Thanks!

The 23' has less of the self bailing issues that the 20' models experience. There is many threads (which include photos) relating to these that will keep you busy throughout the week. Use the search funtion by typing in 'Scuppers' or 'Self Bails' & 'Floor Drains'

My 23' has them routed out the transom. They perform without issues.
Below pictures show after the change from vertical to out the transom.
