Self-Bailing Deck

Stock 23 Potter Seacraft........ no modifications other than a Hermco bracket and a Honda 225. Will the deck self bail?

Additional info: 100gallon fuel tank that has been moved forward by 3 feet. And all of the ice/fish will be kept forward of the console. Deck has not been raised at all.
