Default Charter recommendation

I haven't been out fishing since the second week of November and the 20 SF is put away for the season. It's driving me crazy and I must catch something soon! I plan on heading down with a friend to the sunshine state one weekend in January. Can anyone recommend a charter for grouper fishing? I've never fished in Florida before so, don't know if it's the best time for fishing grouper. Also, which port should i fish out of for the best chance of landing one?

Thank you in advance!!

SEASON'S GREETINGS!!

If you come down as far south as Englewood I can recommend some.
