Cool 23 Sceptre

OK, so I don't think the 20 is going to be big enough for me and my family. I have decided to go for a potter built 23 Sceptre / Tsunami preferably single outboard but single I/O if it was nice enough shape. What would you guys say is a fair price for a 23 cuddy in nice shape?

I appreciate the help.

The 23 Sceptre seems to me to be the best choice for a family. Room up in the small cabin for a porta potty makes it popular with the girls, you could all hide in there during sudden downpours, and the bunks are great for the kids to nap on. The windshield is a real help too when you're running especially here in the northeast. Bimini tops work really well with these boats as well. I may be putting mine up in the FS section soon; check back there over the next week or so.

I second rockdoc's point. It is a nice compromise for a family. I have one for sale on here that needs to be redone....though I'm still up in the air about actually selling it. Such a great design.
