Default Seacraft itch again

Good day everyone,
I will use this as intro and also a chance to ask some questions.
I had a 73 23 CC i/o with a full tower for years it went to Mass for bluefins.
I went thru a few other boats Albemarle was my last and got the Seacraft itch.
I bought a 1989 20 from this board its a solid hull but has its share of little gelcoat cracks but the corners by the rear transom that I have read always crack. If you look from inside of the rear hatch the glass is strong it is just gelcoat thats bad. So grind and fill???? What do you all suggest?

I removed the T Top ,leaning post ,all hardware ,the engine and controls all the gauges...preparing for paint.
t top may not be reinstalled ..Im not sure!

I plan to fix all the cracks and paint inside bright white Interlux perfection or Awlgrip..not sure yet.

The sides will be fighting lady yellow or sea mist and new Seacraft stickers.

I bought a 2004 200 Hpdi with 200 original hours that was replaced for a 4 stroke its ready to go awaiting paint.

So has anyone here rolled and tipped a complete inside?

My main concern right now are the inner liner corners.......want them to be done right!

I have searched and came up with not much for this area.
Sorry to ramble.
Thanks

So you're putting on the 200 HPDI or a four stroke? That HPDI will be about 100 pounds heavier than what would have been on that boat in '89. You may want to consider moving console and batteries forward some to find the right balance before final rigging. Just something to think about.
