2001 mercury optimax 150

comes with everything,stainless prop,harness, oil tank,controls, missing the engine cowl, its a pickled engine that was running fine until accident, every connection was dried out and sprayed/lubricated, had a mercury tech help out with trying to get it running and he said the ecm is junk.
