Default G-2 / Jackplate Envey

"I was easin' down the road in my V-8 Ford" (*) (7.3 that is) this morn'in headin to work, thinkin about huntin' down a couple of big rusty belly Groupers in another month or so and as I was passing the Marina on Belcher Road I locked 'em up and slid sideways! Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - Donny's dream (and Deb's nightmare) lay before me. Mechanic said "52 MPH with the first wheel".

It's a 23. It belongs to somebody in the St. Pete area. The jack plate had some pitting on it so it wasn't new, but had been redone along with the hull. I'm still trying to get used to the look and colors of the G-2's. Although with just north of 600 Foot Pounds at 4,000 RPMs they could just paint them Caterpillar yellow!

Looks like Gumby on acid, but that 600 ft lbs would turn Sweet Poly Pure Bread into
Lucrezia Borgia toute suite.
