Default Bilge repair

I have a small repair to do in the bilge under the engine. My question is what cleaner to use before I get started.

Hi Fred,

At the bottom of the message page you will see "go Advanced" Click it and you will see "manage uploads" from there you can pull your pictures up provided they are on the device your using. As for the bilge issue what is it??

The engine mount support block fiberglass covering is cracked on the starboard side . I cut away the bad fiberglass and checked the wood underneath and its solid and dry.
I was hoing to clean the aera with soap a d water followed by mek wipe down . Followed by fiber glass
Woven,matt and cloth layup .
Any input is welcome and appreciated.

Cleaned with acetone ( thanks fish stretcher ) and made repair with woven, Matt and cloth. After everything set up a few days I put everything back together and it's all good to go now.
