Default 1972 20' sf gets a new life

well i started this project back in February and will never do this again! its my first resto and spent much more then i projected. But i am happy with the outcome. I went in blind never having had a ride in a seacraft but spent lots of time on this site and kept hearing the same thing that they were the best rides around.I was lucky that the hull was in good shape but the floor was NG i did what people said raised the floor 2" and used nidacore. 50 gallon gas tank in between the stringers. I bought a 25" merc not realizing that its a 20" transom so that got raised by 5" thats ok because the transom is low to start with. i have the complete process in pictures from my fiberglass guy i will post when i get them. here are a few pics for now.

That's awesome. I've been planning that same motor for mine if they still make it in 10 years when my rebuild is done! Glad to hear you like it and the boat looks fantastic.
