Default Tsunami - removing bow rail

I was thinking of removing the bow rail of my 23' Tsunami - I have a hard top and think the look would be cleaner and wanted to know if anyone had regrets or an opinion on this ?

May look better but you will miss it if you or yours need to be on the bow in snotty weather.

Took mine off years ago - it went back on less than 2 months later. Really not fun/safe up there in crappy weather without anything to grab. Also more useful than I realized when docking - especially with novices around.

OK thx for the feedback - needed to hear that. I like the look but not the lack of security if you need to get up there and deal with a fouled anchor.
