Default SOLD - 1975 18' Center Console

BOAT IS SOLD!

Paypal transaction ID: 4JA827903V8234438

1975 18' SeaCraft Center Console - $8200 O.B.O.
Located on the Lower Cape.

1998 2 stroke Mercury 115 in excellent condition. New spark plugs, thermostat, bypass valve, 4 blade propeller.
New binnacle control box, gauges and wiring. Hydraulic steering with tilt helm. She steers effortlessly, and will cruise in a straight line hands off.

Recent console off interior restoration. Includes a new transom, new fiberglass scupper tubes, and reinforcing knee. Interior paint and non-skid (2013).
New wiring (stem to stern), with dual battery setup with automatic charging relay.
1100 GPH bilge pump.
New fuel tank (poly not aluminum so will never rot out), fill, vent and hoses.
New fuel tank deck lid (Coosa board, no plywood).
All hatches re-cored.
Large 4 bow stainless steel Carver bimini for good sun coverage (2015).
Stainless welded bow rail.
Teak boarding platform with 3 step folding ladder.
Garmin GPS with Thru-hull depth sounder and new GPS antenna (2017).
New cushions in 2016.
Salt water wash-down.
Flush mount pop-up cleats and LED bow light.

I work for a boatyard, so all glass work, mechanical and electrical work, yearly maintenance and paint has been done by me personally.
Boat rides amazing. New fuel tank, wiring, transom and paint makes her a turn-key boat.
Trailer is in good condition. Only got dunked twice a year for the last 5 years.
Smaller size boat is easy to trailer with a smaller pickup. My old Ford Ranger would trailer her fine.

Bought the boat in 2012 in Connecticut. Brought her home to the Cape and got to work on cleaning her up.
Used her in Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay every summer since, for fishing, beaching, and just cruising around.
Handles a big sea like a way bigger boat.

Only downside is I never got around to the outside hull paint. Hull is original 1975 Gelcoat. Its in good shape, but a few battle scars from 42 years of boating.
Wouldn't take much to get a quick fair and a spray if the original condition bothers you. Never bothered me, that's why I never got around to it.
Also one of the bow light LED's stopped working this season. I think it was the red side. New LED insert for the pop-up Stainless bow light is about 30 dollars.

Mercury 115 2 stroke is a super reliable motor. Way overbuilt and designed to last. Lots of torque for tubing or cruising along at 30 knots. With synthetic Evinrude XD-50 2 stroke oil she doesn't smoke at all. You'd barely know it was a 2 stroke. (well except for the sound). Oil injection system is intact and works as intended. Was tested for output at the beginning of this season.

Trailer is not new but in good shape. Galvanized single axle with new hubs, leaf springs and bunks in 2013.

Selling her to move up to a Seacraft 23. Cant get the new one until the old one goes.

She was in the water until last week. Always shrink-wrapped for winter storage.
Titles in hand for both boat and trailer.

Asking $8200 but open to negotiation.
