2003 Suzuki DF 140 4 stroke outboard motor engine for sale in parts great deal!!!!

alright I have a 2003 suzuki DF140 I bought from another friend at the marina which had the exhaust port problem. also found the lower main seal was leaking. the seal was fixed and I had the aluminum fabricator weld the exhaust port plug, the midsection is clean just was a little shitty around the defective plug which was grind down and welded. The powerhead is off the midsection and the lower unit was taken off. the motor was dissassembled by a certified mechanic. I have all the parts to re assemble the motor, Ie cowlings, midsection cowlings all bolts and sensors. I also purchased a wire harness for it. this is a great deal for someone with the know how and time to reassemble the motor. the only known problem is the the clutch dog shifter in the lower unit is going bad, ($125 from browns point marine.) I can palletize or load into buyers truck. I was keeping it as a spare to the one on my seacraft, I am upgrading that one so the reason for the sale..
