1986 Seacraft 23 - HELP

hey guys - first post and hopefully first time owner soon.

Looking at a 86 23' had the fuel tank/closed transom+bracket done in 2015 powered by a 06 suzuki DF250 500 hours approx

I've done some digging on who built seacrafts this year and i've found its either tracker or CSY? any input around this would be greatly appreciated

much of the floor was ripped up and is raw marine ply right now, needs to be glassed, factoring that into my offer.

If it is a tracker build, is this something that is identifiable with the Hull ID number? Does the boat hold less value given the make or anything key to note on this year 23?

any info really appreciated thanks a ton
