I'll be there in two weeks! Looks like the fishing was the highlight!! What island ?

Seems like I saw those fish before. A couple of Mahi, I don't know why people over here call them that. Anyway, it looks like a fun day and nice vacation. I was supposed to go to Hawaii last year, but plans were changed.

The Big Island—got a Air B&B outside of Kona.

You did I had tagged onto someone else’s post by mistake .normally use Dolphin but was tipping my hat to the local there. Really didn’t have a clue Rainbow runners got that size!

Nice haul! Glad you had a good trip!

For those guys heading to big island. I got reports from a friend flying in today that the ahi are running (visible from air) north of Hilo.

Kona is by far the better side for fishing and tourism. When I retire, I’ll buy a place in waikoloa and boat out of honokhou harbor.

Thanks for coming and don’t be afraid to hit me up if you need recommendations or a place. One piece of advice make reservations at restaurants well in advance.
