When I was redoing my 23 years ago I was not going to reuse those vents protectors and somebody immediately asked me for them so I shipped them back east I think you’re going to have to get some made up by a fabricator or find some that have been laying around for a while

FWIW, those vents are turned the wrong way. Also I've never seen vent protectors on the stern vents either, although it's not a bad idea and they could benefit from them. I've crack up many while docking if the elevations are wrong and they conflict. The vent surrounds are generally only on the front and serve as a spray deflector. Another idea for the rear vent is to have a flat face/recessed design fabricated. I was given some by a fellow SeaCraft owner years ago, see pic.

You might try calling this place. I bought some vents there’s few years ago. Last time I was there I didn’t see any more vents, but there are so many things, just maybe.

The picture is not my boat as I do not have the surrounds. I did find an old thread on here where someone made them from Alum angle and had the welder tack corners ect...I could look into that if they are not for sale some place. I can try marine connection.

Still hoping for a link to a stock item some place

Try PVC Board glued to Slim Line vents. Paint & mount. Less than $25. They seat shallow behind the rub rail. No bang damage at the dock. No Corrosion.
Google Attwood 1494F1 Marine Venturi Vent. I think Amazon sells them also.
