New raised floor
Looking at a 74 .23 sea craft. Add says it has soft spot left side of console about 12 inches around. Also states it needs to be repainted inside and out. What should one expect to spend to replace entire floor and raise two inches? Also what kind of cost to repaint? Thanks for your input!!!

Just fix the soft spot and be happy and done with it...having had a 23 there is no real need to raise the deck unless one wants to be anal retentive. The 20's are a different story.

A 6" soft spot on my 18 turned out to be half of the starboard side of the deck being wet.
