Default May be looking at a "new" boat.

The wife has been bugging me about getting a larger boat with more creature comforts not only for us but for the new baby which is growing leaps and bounds.

The one Im looking at and the one she has always loved in a Intrepid 284 or 289 walk around.

Not that big and not that small.

I looked at one last year which the guy still has somewhat for sale.

Plus is that its a Intrepid and that are well built using no wood so no big projects.

I would be getting a survey on which ever I decide on

Looking to see in general what the opinions are on this boat. On the web people seem to rave about the boat but that's on the web.

What I like about them is that they are well built, no wood construction, not a heavy boat for the size so you don't need huge power to get it going. Has a cabin which is pretty big and it has the dual use for causing and fishing. They trailer under the 8ft wide issues
And they aren't crazy money

Attached is a pic of what I'm looking for

If it happens I would be selling my 20MA and adding cash on top
