Thanks for the good words, I used 3/4" marine plywood with a layer of glass on the top and bottom, then I epoxy filled the seam. the new floor is good and solid.

The screws were not that loose they were hard coming out. The hard part was getting the tank out. I was going to put the screws back with 4200 or 5200 any thoughts.
