I don't believe there is usually any bracket in the water when your on plane so my guess is that the hull features/angle of attack would be the driving factor there. Something that isn't touching the...

Thanks for the feedback.
After some trial and error, every part I've made with infusion has been lighter than I can make with hand layup. I don't know the glass to resin ratio but I definitely use...

I am planning my deck build and I’m a bit confused about some of the core material options. I want light & strong (me and everyone else!) and there are a few ways to get there. My plans it to cut &...

So after doing a mockup (thanks strick) I found that my cockpit depth after the deck is installed would be a little over 20". I would rather have 21/22. I cut my stringers down about 1 1/2". I hate...

I raised the stringers 3" above the top corner that runs parallel to the bottom of the boat (red lines). I used this as reference because it's the closest thing to a straight line going from bow to...

When you say ACR, I presume this is the auto charging relay. I've never used one of these so I don't know the purpose. I think it routes the battery charger through the switch. In the past I have...

Thanks, that's pretty cool!
I expect there is 800 to 1000 pounds missing from that boat with the missing cap, deck and console. I would bet that it would at least get up on plane and cruise with the...

Thanks for the links! The 2 1/2" flex may work. I will check to see if I can work with a 10" radius. The website says that's the tightest bend it can make.

The electrical 90's are about 6" or so...

Working on a 77 MA. I'm ready to place my conduit in the box stringers but I'm not sure what size I need for the engine harness and transducer cables. My motor will most likely be the Suzuki 140B,...
