Removed about half of soaked and partially frozen...

Removed about half of soaked and partially frozen foam.I could see the water squeeze out as I pried apart chunks to get out. A spade (Shovel) is definitely the way to go. A machete helps too HaHa....

Got all that exterior foam out and gave it a good vacuum to see what I've got. Found a trickle of water coming out of at aft most wide stringers the starboard side so I guess that answers my question...

I went with a Bay 5" extension on my '98, 25", 225 Johnson raised my transoms to 31" and it worked out perfect. I think the 5" extension was round $700 and change with a year warranty Well worth it.
