I'd forget the wedges and get tabs. That would accomplish getting the bow down when necessary, and give you the 50 other benefits of tabs! I used the Bennett M80's. Could have gone with the M120's.

I chose the M80s, mostly because they fit better between the lifting strakes. They provide more than enough lift, and I would venture that the stern of my boat is heavier with a V6 on it.

I couldn't find them locally, the nearest SeaCraft dealer is Bass Pro in Houston, and those guys are clueless. I ended up ordering mine from decalzone.com I used bold Times New Roman Font, Black...

I went back and checked after we talked last week. My Loadmaster is rated 6000#. It has the Kodiak disks, turbo lube hubs, stainless kit, and 6" wide Cypress bunks. It tows so well...
