Double Morse controls will work. I put them on a Albermare a few years ago. You have to buy some additional hardware that does not come with controls. They work well.

Yes you can use them I would go with the closet one. They make wedges you can adjust the angle with also. Wedges are cheap about 30 bucks.

Look on line at Petronix ignitions. They are a old company that makes allot of conversions. You definitely want to get rid of points. I converted my 73 Datsun 240Z and am satisfied with results.

Had a outboard bracket on 26 foot that was held with 5200. We picked up the boat at transom off the trailer. We left psi on it and cut it with piano wire actually fishing wire.
