Fuel tank two pickups

Fuel tank in my 23cc has two pickups in rear of tank. What would the reason be ? They where both plumbed to my filter.

I think you are right, it may have been a cuddy....

I think you are right, it may have been a cuddy. The gunnel top looks like it was off a center console it has the recess on the inside for the grab rail.
