I've had the same hull/engine for a few years. I tried several different props but settled on the 20" pitch Suzuki stainless prop. Pulls to redline and gives great speed and economy.

Kenny's running a Merc Bravo one 4 blade, 22" pitch. I believe he had 1" of pitch taken out so it's pretty much a 21 pitch now, Props a dream on his boat. I'm sure he'll add more details when he sees...

My brother in law also has a 20 Seacraft and just put a new DF140 on it. Propped it the same and is getting identical performance numbers. The Df140 is a great power choice for this hull.

I also have a DF140 on a 20'seacraft. I'm running a 14x20 Suzuki SS prop. Great choice. Def the prop you want.

I've got a DF140 on a 20' Safari. Bimini down, 2 people, 37K. Gets 4nmpg all day long, factory 20 pitch prop. Great choice for this hull.

Interesting that the motor is mounted as high as it is on the bracket. It appears that its in the uppermost top pin holes. The bracket might could be mounted higher on the transom and not need cut...
