Yes, It is airex 3/4" 24lb in the transom, and 20 at 1/2" for the decks. Got some lighter weight divinycell for the engine well, anchor locker and sidedecks.

I would run a router with a smaller diameter...

I would run a router with a smaller diameter bearing around the hatch and the opening. Sand and repaint. Cutting a hatch is just asking for warping, and alot more labor to fix

On the 20, wasnt twin 85hp outboards an option? That had to outweigh the 395lb you have hanging there.
Planning on slamming a yamaha 175 on mine so maybe a 100lb pig in the bow to make up for it....

I am not glassing the top till after everything else is done. So if i change my mind, it is just a saw cut

The flattening agent is a pain in the ass. It has no shelf life, needs to be agitated pretty frequently...

I would check the transom with a moisture meter and hammer before replacing. May have been replaced already.
The repairs look amateur so.... check things...
