23 CC Ride w/ Bracket vs. Without

I'm sure that this has been covered before but I did a search and could not find anything. How does the ride of a 23cc Seacraft with a bracket compare to one without? Any other pros/cons?

My personal experience is that the buzzer is not malfunctioning but something else. Have it checked by your mechanic immediately. My brother burned up a perfectly good 150 because he thought the same...
