Ben, it cost me 6200.00 that was including the Armstrong bracket,1800.00 for the bracket. I ran my boat around 3 years with the transom in bad shape but like yours, 0 give when I stood on the motor, but their was 2 plates sandwiching the transon together that held it in place but when the plates were removed it was all rotten that was the only thing holding it together.Ithought of doin it myself but glass work and I don't mix.So I was forced to save $ for 3 years before I did it.Mike at Wildfire did a great job. The livewell is in the transom now and actually works. No more water comes in the scuppers ,he went straight out the back with rabud ball scuppers and pached the floor self bails. My wife is going to scan some pictures today and try to post them RS.
